Hudson & Yorke have produced a series of short viewpoints on Telecommunications and Network Services specifically for large end-user organisations.
Organisations often find that the business case value, hard fought during negotiation, 'leaks' throughout the life of telecommunications and networks services (TNS) contracts. Hudson & Yorke's view is that to prevent this, a strategic approach should be taken in respect of the TNS operating model; one which is multi-dimensional and integrates with the wider ICT eco-system.
